Next Generation Leadership Program
Date: February 2025
This program is designed to engage the next generation of leaders by exploring the challenges and opportunities within our industry.
Stage 1: A four-day residential program covering:
- Innovation & Change
- Water: Influencing the future of water in our regions
- Leadership Styles & Personality Types
- Meeting Procedures 101: Actively participating in meetings
- Governance 101: What you can and can't do when representing the industry
- Communication & Presentation Skills
- Applying Leadership Learnings
- Identifying Leadership Opportunities
Stage 2: A two-day program in Canberra to network and gain a deeper understanding of advocacy within the agricultural sector.

Established Leaders Program
Date: January-September 2025
This program aims to support growers in becoming ‘director ready’ for leadership roles. The program includes:
- AICD Program (Australian Institute of Company Directors)
- International Business Course – Australian Institute of Management
- Mentorship with Current Directors to apply learning
- International Trip to Vietnam
